“Le Monocultivar” line is an invitation to discover Puglia through its three most emblematic cultivars: Coratina, Peranzana and Ogliarola. Each variety is masterfully represented, not only in the intense and distinctive flavors that characterize each oil, but also through the vivid illustrations on their respective packaging. These images are a tribute to the Apulian landscapes from which each cultivar originates, symbolizing the different territorial nuances of the region.

“Le Monocultivar” project focuses on the superior quality of the oil we produce. The three prized oils are the result of an extraction process that takes place within two hours of the olive harvest, which takes place in early October. This method, known as “early harvest“, is essential to preserve the aromatic integrity of the oil, ensuring that each bottle reflects the freshness and harmony of flavors of the freshly picked olives.

Production is deliberately limited, with only around 6,000 500ml bottles of each type produced annually, and an exclusive limited series of 300 1-litre “magnum” bottles. This approach ensures high quality control and a focus on quality rather than quantity.

Monocultivar Coratina 500ml- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Monocultivar Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the cold-pressed, intensely fruity extra virgin olive oil. Obtained only from the fruits of our centuries-old Coratina olive trees, one of the most famous olive cultivars in Puglia, it stands out for its decisive and intense character.

Monocultivar Ogliarola 500ml- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ogliarola is the medium fruity extra virgin olive oil cold-pressed obtained only from olives from this typical variety of Puglia. The elegant and soft taste, with light bitterness and spiciness make Ogliarola the ideal ingredient to enhance dishes of meat or fish appetizers, shellfish, salads with celery, fruit.

Monocultivar Peranzana Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500 ml

Peranzana is the light fruity extra virgin olive oil cold-pressed obtained only from Peranzana olives, one of the most famous cultivars of Puglia. The sweet and delicate taste makes this extra virgin the ideal ingredient to enhance tartare, steamed fish, raw fish, white meats, delicate sauces.

Monocultivar Magnum – Peranzana 1lt

Monocultivar Magnum is the special version of Peranzana in a limited edition complete with box. The 1-liter bottle, with its rounded shape and its sunny colors marks the table with great scenographic impact. Peranzana is the light fruity extra virgin olive oil cold-pressed. The sweet and delicate taste makes this extra virgin the ideal ingredient to enhance tartare, steamed fish, raw fish, white meats, delicate sauces.

Monocultivar 100 ml – Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Monocultivar Magnum – Ogliarola 1lt
