With an hourly production capacity of 20,000 kg of olives and 12,000 hectolitre steel storage facilities, we maintain high quality standards.

We preserve and enhance the values of the wisdom of Apulian olive growing, guaranteeing extraordinarily high-quality olive oils with an unmistakable character for our customers. Our vision is to grow responsibly, respecting the environment and offering excellent products.

BOTTLING

AUTHENTIC FOR TECHNOLOGIES

The new bottling department, inaugurated in 2023, represents the heart of our production. Equipped with the most modern automated technologies, it has the capacity to fill up to 2000 bottles per hour. We combine speed and attention, ensuring that each bottle maintains the organoleptic properties of the oil intact.

Minimizing contact between oil and oxygen is an absolute priority, preserving the aroma and freshness that distinguish our product. The introduction of 4.0 technology allows us to guarantee complete traceability of each bottle, adding significant value to the trust that our customers place in us.

To guarantee the freshness and quality of our extra virgin olive oil, we adopt a cutting-edge storage system. The oil is stored in stainless steel silos under nitrogen, an advanced technology that protects the product from oxygen contamination and preserves its organoleptic characteristics over time. Our tanks, located in air-conditioned rooms, constantly maintain low temperatures, reducing the risk of oxidation and guaranteeing an ideal environment for storage. To ensure that each oil maintains its qualitative peculiarities, the different varieties of extra virgin are stored separately until bottling.
