At SIAL Paris 2026, Olio Guglielmi will showcase its collections of 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, alongside Christmas Fable, the new limited edition created for the festive season.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive preview tasting of our new harvest extra virgin olive oil, freshly milled from the first olives of the season.

Among the highlights unveiled in Paris will be Christmas Fable – La favola di Natale, Guglielmi’s new exclusive collection created for the most magical time of the year.
A fusion of design and Favolosa Monocultivar extra virgin olive oil, created for the worlds of gifting, specialty retail and hospitality.
The 500 ml bottle features a 360° decoration: as it is turned, the design gradually reveals a visual Christmas tale made of houses, trees and festive details.
Inside, Favolosa Monocultivar extra virgin olive oil from the 2026/27 harvest, produced and bottled at the Guglielmi family’s olive mill in Andria, Puglia.
