Who is Olio Guglielmi?
Olio Guglielmi is an Apulian family business with more than 70 years of history, established in Andria, in the heart of the Alta Murgia. The identity of the company is based on its deep connection with the territory, the direct cultivation of native olive groves and a production of extra virgin olive oil that combines technological innovation with great experience in the olive growing field.
The quality of the oil is guaranteed by rigorous cold extraction and storage processes, which preserve its organoleptic properties. The commitment to excellence is confirmed by the numerous awards received nationally and internationally. Olio Guglielmi is now synonymous with authentic, quality Apulian oil.

How can I place an order?
- From the shop page, choose the desired product and, if available, select the format (e.g. 100ml, 500ml) or configurations.
- Click “Add to Cart.” Products without variants or configurations can also be added to the cart directly from the shop page.
- Go to your cart and proceed to checkout, entering your billing and payment information.
- Confirm your order and you will receive an email with a summary.
What is a configurable product and how does it work?
Configurable products are special gift boxes, such as the Couvette or the 20ml Mignon Box, which you can customize directly through our online shop by choosing the products to include. Each box has a fixed capacity: you can select the available products by clicking on the proposed options and, if desired, add multiple units of the same item.
Once you’ve reached the exact number of products required for the configurable box, you can add it to your cart.
It’s not possible to purchase a gift box containing more or less items than the specified quantity, but you can still purchase it along with other products in the shop.
Do I need to register an account to make purchases on the site?
You don’t need to register an account to place an order on our site. If you wish, you can create an account through the log-in page or directly on the order payment page by checking the “Create an account” box in the billing information. This will save your information and you can use it to speed up your next purchase or to track your orders.
Can I ship to an address other than the one I entered in my billing information?
Sure, just check the “Ship to a different address?” box on the checkout page. You’ll also need to enter a valid phone number and email address in your shipping information.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
You can use your discount code on the cart page by entering it in the “Promotional Code” field and clicking Apply. Alternatively, you can enter it on the checkout page by clicking the link at the top.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
- PayPal.
- Cash on delivery (with a €4.50 surcharge).
How much does shipping cost?
The cost is calculated automatically based on the country the order is shipped to and the cart total, according to the rates shown in the tables below.

Any customs/import costs are not calculable and will be borne by the buyer.
What are the shipping times?
Italy: 2–4 work days.
EU: 4–6 work days.
Switzerland/UK: 6–10 working days (customs included, times subject to change).
Is it possible to ship to countries outside the EU?
We currently only ship to the EU, Switzerland, and the UK. For other destinations, please contact us at ordini@olioguglielmi.it and let’s explore the available options together.
Can I change or cancel an order I've already placed?
You can email ordini@olioguglielmi.it or call +39 0883591815 within 24 hours of placing your order to make changes or cancellations. Once your order has been processed, we can no longer make changes.
