Accessibility Statement

Guglielmi Saverio Snc is committed to making its website and online shop www.olioguglielmi.it accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act), and with the guidelines of the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID) on the accessibility of services.

The service

The website presents the company and its extra virgin olive oils and allows consumers to buy them online. The service includes browsing the catalogue, the page of each product, the cart, the checkout with electronic payment, the customer account, newsletter subscription and contact forms. The website is available in Italian and English.

To make a purchase, choose a product, add it to the cart and complete the order by entering your shipping and payment details. Terms of sale, delivery times and the right of withdrawal are described in the Terms and Conditions.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements of the EN 301 549 standard and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, due to the non-compliance listed below.

How the service meets the accessibility requirements

• pages are structured with headings, regions and links that can be recognised by assistive technologies, and the language of each page is declared;
• images that have a function, such as logos and linked images, have alternative text;
• form fields, including those in the checkout, have associated labels;
• text and interface elements meet the minimum required contrast ratios;
• the content and features of the website, including the purchase process and the cookie consent banner, can be used with a keyboard and with screen readers;
• the website adapts to different devices and screen sizes and allows text to be enlarged;
• the website does not use automatic “accessibility overlay” tools and does not collect information from which a user’s disability could be inferred.

Non-accessible content

• PDF documents: downloadable documents (for example “Quality and Environment Policy” and “National Plan Enterprise 4.0”) may not be fully accessible with assistive technologies. On request, we will provide their content in an alternative format.
• Third-party payment services: payment forms are provided by external operators (for example Stripe and PayPal); their accessibility depends on these providers.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 26 October 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment carried out with automated testing tools (axe-core) and a manual review (keyboard navigation and screen reader) of the main pages and the purchase process: home page, catalogue, product pages, cart, checkout, contacts and newsletter.

This statement is reviewed at least once a year and whenever significant changes are made to the website.
