The service includes browsing the catalogue, the page of each product, the cart, the checkout with electronic payment, the customer account, newsletter subscription and contact forms. The website is available in Italian and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make a purchase, choose a product, add it to the cart and complete the order by entering your shipping and payment details. Terms of sale, delivery times and the right of withdrawal are described in the <a href=\"https:\/\/olioguglielmi.it\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/\">Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compliance status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website is <strong>partially compliant<\/strong> with the accessibility requirements of the EN 301 549 standard and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, due to the non-compliance listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the service meets the accessibility requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pages are structured with headings, regions and links that can be recognised by assistive technologies, and the language of each page is declared;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>images that have a function, such as logos and linked images, have alternative text;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>form fields, including those in the checkout, have associated labels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>text and interface elements meet the minimum required contrast ratios;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the content and features of the website, including the purchase process and the cookie consent banner, can be used with a keyboard and with screen readers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the website adapts to different devices and screen sizes and allows text to be enlarged;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the website does not use automatic \u201caccessibility overlay\u201d tools and does not collect information from which a user\u2019s disability could be inferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-accessible content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PDF documents<\/strong>: downloadable documents (for example \u201cQuality and Environment Policy\u201d and \u201cNational Plan Enterprise 4.0\u201d) may not be fully accessible with assistive technologies.
